At this time, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product, feel free to contact us at contact@tahlua.shop before placing your order.

Tahlua does not accept unsolicited mailed returns. Please do not send products back unless we specifically ask you to do so and provide instructions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at contact@tahlua.shop if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
